Delete your data

You can have everything Rico Invests holds about you deleted: your account IDs, names, message history with us and notes from those messages.

How to ask

1. Send a direct message to @rico_invests on Instagram, or message @Rico_POTD_Bot on Telegram, with the words DELETE MY DATA.
2. Send it from the account you used with us, so we can find your records.

What happens next

• We delete your records within 30 days and reply to confirm.
• If you bought something on Whop, Whop keeps its own payment records under its own policy. To delete those, contact Whop or use your Whop account settings.
• Messages you sent stay in your own Instagram, Messenger or Telegram inbox, and in ours inside those apps, until you or we delete the conversation there.

If you connected an app through Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove Rico Invests from your account under Settings, then Apps and Websites (Instagram) or Settings & privacy, then Apps and websites (Facebook). Then send the message above so we delete what we already hold.
