Rico Invests posts sports picks and sports content on Instagram (@rico_invests), Telegram and Whop. This page says what we collect when you deal with us, why, and how to get it deleted. Picks are opinions for entertainment, for adults 21 and over.
What we collect
- When you message us on Instagram, Facebook Messenger or Telegram: the account ID the platform gives us, your username or display name if the platform shares it, and the text of the messages you send us and we send you.
- What you tell us in those messages, for example which sports you follow, or an email address if you type one.
- When you buy or join on Whop: Whop handles the payment. We do not see your card. Whop tells us your membership status, the plan you chose and the email on your Whop account.
- When you comment on or react to our posts: what Instagram shows any account owner about its own posts.
Why we use it
- To answer your messages and send you the free play you asked for.
- To deliver what you bought and to check that a buyer is a buyer.
- To count which posts and links bring people in, so we know what to post.
Automated replies
Some replies to direct messages are written by software, including an AI model (Anthropic's Claude), working from your message and our own information. Rico reads the conversations and can step in. Ask for a person at any time and the software hands the conversation to Rico. It only says it got your message until he answers.
Who else handles it
Our service providers, only to run the service: Meta (Instagram and Messenger), Telegram, Whop (payments and memberships), Anthropic (AI replies), Railway (our servers) and Cloudflare (storage). We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to serve you. Whop and Meta keep their own records under their own policies.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See how to delete your data. You can also stop at any time by not messaging us, blocking the account, or leaving the Telegram bot.
Age
This service is for adults 21 and over. If you are under 21, do not use it. If we learn we hold data from someone under 21, we delete it.
